Healthy Crispy and Creamy Salad

A healthy salad is colorful , Nutrient-dense dish packed with different variety of vegetables , by including fresh herbs and green veggies , you get protein, vitamin , minerals and fiber , adding colorfull vegetables like tomato , cucumber , bell pepper . A simple homemade dressings using olive oil , lemon  and fresh herbs which can enhanced the Flavor 

3 Ways to prapare Easy and Quick Healthy Creamy Salad 

INGREDIENTS

  •  Boiled or Blended Soya Chunks 
  • Boiled Potato 
  • Clarified butter (Ghee) or normal butter 
  • Dried red chili
  • Cottage cheese (Paneer)
  • Curd
  • Garlic 
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Corn
  • Lemon juice
  • Bell pepper ( optional )
  • Salt 
  • Red chili powder
  • Black pepper 
  • corn starch 

INSTRUCTION

1.  Prepare the patty 

:- In a large pan boil the potato and soya chuncks in water for 10-15  minutes in a medium flame of heat until get soft

:- After the boiling , blend the soya chunks and mashed the boiled potato 

:- Add blended soya chunks and boiled potato in a pan 

:- Season with red chili powder , black pepper and corn starch 

:- Mix them properly and make the dough , shape into patty 

:- In a pan melt the clarified butter or normal butter roast the patty , roast until it get crispy , make sure don’t over cook 

2.Prepare the Creamy Paste 

:-In a blender add dried red chili , cottage cheese ( paneer ) , curd , 3-4 garlic cloves , lemon juice , salt , black pepper 

:- blend all of them properly 

3.Prepare the salad 

:- In a bowl , add chopped onions , toamto , bell pepper or capsicum , corn , carrot 

:- crush the patty and add in bowl of vegetables 

:- Add the creamy paste in vegetable and mix them properly 

:- Serve and enjoy your crispy and creamy healthy  salad 

Cucumber salad

3 Easy Steps to Prepare Cucumber Salad with Yougurt

Ingredients :

:- 2 medium cucumber 

:- 1 cup plain or regular yogurt 

:- 1 tablespoon olive oil 

:- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)

:- Black pepper

:- Salt for taste  

:- Fresh herbs mint 

:- Coriander (optional)

Instructions :

1.Prepare the cucumber

  • Wash the cucumber properly , if you prefer then  peel the cucumber 
  • Slice the cucumber thinely , if you prefer then you can also cut them into round moon shape 

2. Prepare the creamy yogurt 

  • Take a bowl , combine the plain or regular yogurt (curd) , 1 tablespoon of olive oil , lemon juice (optional) , pinch of salt and black pepper 
  • whisk it until it get smooth texture and combine properly 

3. Assemble the salad

  • in a large mixing bowl , add thin sliced cucumber
  • Pour the yogurt dressing over cucumber mix it gently make sure all coated 
  • Add fresh herbs of coriander

Ingredients 

:- Chickpeas drained and rinsed 

:- 1 cucumber 

:- Yogurt 

:- 1 table spoon of olive oil 

:- 1 lemon juice 

:- Black pepper 

:- Salt 

:- Coriander powder 

:- Red chili powder 

:- Ghee for sauteing  

Instructions

1 Prepare the chickpeas
  • In a large pan boil the chickpeas and add pinch of salt and let it be cook for 10-15 minutes 
  • after the boiling drained out 
  • In a pan add 1 tablespoon of Ghee or oil over a medium heat of flame 
  • roast the chickpeas sauteing , after the roasted of chickpeas 
  • take a large bowl add the roasted chickpeas , salt , black pepper , coriander powder , chili powder 
  • Mix it properly make sure all spices are coated in chickpeas 
2 prepare creamy cucumber 
 
  • Wash the cucumber with baking soda 
  • peel the cucumber and cut it into slice or ( moon shaped)
  • take a bowl , add the yogurt , olive oil and lemon juice , pinch of black pepper 
  • Add sliced cucumber in a creamy bowl and mix it until it coated well
3 Assemble the salad 
 
  • In a pan of chickpeas add the creamy cucumber paste 
  • Mix all of them wisely 
  • you can add fresh herbs like coriander for extra flavour
