3 Steps to Make Hakka Noodle 

Hakka noodle is a famous chines dish , specially in India it become the part of street food also very popular in south Asian country we believe in food connects the people and culture , its renowned for unique flavor and texture   this Hakka noodle is often made up of wheat flour  in noodles form and stir fried variety of vegetables , and many Ingredients such as Cabbage , carrot , bell pepper the dish is season with soya sauce , garlic ginger, adding some ginger garlic the Noodle themselves are typically thin and slightly chewy   Hakka noodles are versatile and customizable   they are usually served as main course or as a side dish in chines style often served with rolls or steamed Momo dumplings  .

 Their culinary traditions reflect the resilience and adaptability of hakka community particularly in Southeast Asia and India , where it has been adopted and adapted local tastes  its comforting nature and ability to bring joy and happiness of food lover flavorful ingredients making it a cherished part of chines culinary 

INGREDIENTS

Hakka Noodle 

Water

Salt

Black Pepper

Oil

Garlic

Ginger

Spring Onions

Capsicum

Cabbage

Carrot

Onion

Soya Sauce

Green chilli sauce

Vinagar 

INSTRUCTION 

1. Boil the Noodles :

:- Bring a large pan or pot of water to boil add pinch of salt 

:- Add Hakka noodles in it let it be cook for 2-4 minutes in medium heat of gas

:- Drain the noodle and put them in a cold water , so it can not be stick with eachother

:- Add small amount of oil to prevent from sticking the noodles and set them aside for a while

2. Stir Frying the vegetables 

:- Heat a 2-4 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over a heigh heat of the gas 

:- Add 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic and some ginger and stir fry until it fragrant for 20-30 seconds 

:- Add sliced onions cook for 1-2 minute until it fragrant

:- add the chopped carrot , cabbage and capsicum stir fry for 3-4 minutes make until it get crisp and fragrant

3.Adding flavor 

:- Add boiled Hakka noodles in pan of vegetables

:- Season with salt and pepper mix it well 

:- Pour some soya sauce , vinegar , and green chilly if you want more spicy and stir it 

:- Make sure all noodles are well coated with sauce and spices

4.Serve 

:- Mix everything gently so they can well mixed 

:- You can add some sesame oil for more flavor

:- Don’t forget to garnish some chopped spring onions and sesame seeds for better flavor 

Tips 

:- You can add cooked chicken , Cottage Cheese (paneer) , tofu for some extra flavor and protein 

:- For extra spiciness you can adjust green chili as per your spiciness

:- You can also sprinkle some coriander or fresh herbs of leaves
