INGREDIENTS
:- Pasta as per your choice (penne spaghetti )
:- Butter ( 2 tablespoon)
:-Garlic (2 ,3 cloves)
:- Milk (1 cup)
:- Black pepper
:- Flour (2 tablespoon)
:- Cheese (2 slices)
:- Chilli flakes , Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cook the pasta :
:- Bring a pot of salted water to boil . add the pasta as per your need , let it boil around 8-10 minutes until it get soft
:- Drain the pasta , save a little pasta water around 1/4 cup for later
2. Prepare the white sauce
:- In a pan melt the 2 tablespoon of butter over a low flame of gas
:- Add the 2,3 cloves of chopped garlic mix it well until fragrant
:- Add the 2 tablespoon of flour and whisk continuously for creamy and smooth paste cook the flour for 1-2 minutes , make sure it dosen’t brown
:- Now add 1 cup of milk , whisk it constantly to avoid lumps , cook until it get thickens of paste
:- Add 2 slice of cheese , chili flakes , oregano , black pepper powder and salt as per your need mix everything well
: When cheese melts add the leftover pasta’s water and stir it well then add boiled pasta mix and cook it for 2-3 minutes .
3. Serve
:-Once everything done and heated through
:-Garnish with oregano and chilli flakes for flavour you can also add grated mozzarella cheese if you want extra cheesy.

3. Combine the pasta and sauce
:- add the cooked or boiled pasta in sauce
:- mix them properly and make sure all coated with sauce
